How it works
The Leadership Sprint runs over 8 weeks* and is designed to fit around real work and real life.
Weekly 90-minute live sessions (UK lunchtime)
A small, carefully curated group (max 6–8 women)
A mix of focused teaching, coaching, and live Q&A
Practical tools and reflection prompts to apply immediately at work
Session recordings available if you can’t attend live
This isn’t passive learning. You’ll be actively applying what we cover week by week — with guidance and challenge throughout.
