How it works

The Leadership Sprint runs over 8 weeks* and is designed to fit around real work and real life.

  • Weekly 90-minute live sessions (UK lunchtime)

  • A small, carefully curated group (max 6–8 women)

  • A mix of focused teaching, coaching, and live Q&A

  • Practical tools and reflection prompts to apply immediately at work

  • Session recordings available if you can’t attend live

This isn’t passive learning. You’ll be actively applying what we cover week by week — with guidance and challenge throughout.
