Leadership Coaching for

Women in Tech

Maximise Potential

DevelopYourself. Develop your Leaders. Build Results.

You’re ambitious

You’ve been working in IT or the Tech industry for some time, gaining great expertise and experience in your field. You are managing teams and want to progress further, have more impact, and be a Leader, not just a manager.

You’ve enjoyed success, yet you want more financial security, recognition, and respect.

However, it’s not happening as swiftly as you would like.

Maybe you have the dream role, but fear and anxiety that you will be ‘found out’ are becoming hard to ignore.

You want to have a voice, create change, and shape the future for those climbing the ladder behind you. Yet nothing you’re doing is having the impact you want. Nothing seems to make a difference, and your frustration is growing…daily.

You’re a trailblazer

If you doubt that you are a trailblazer, look around you. How many other women do you see leading in your company and industry?

If you are a woman in IT or Tech, you are a Trailblazer.

And I know you’re starting to doubt yourself, your abilities, or whether you should stay in the industry.

More than once, you've applied for a promotion and watched as others – often men and usually less qualified and less experienced – move ahead.

You can’t help but wonder if gender is the issue here.

You know that it’s time to step up, to move ahead.

Everything you want to achieve is on the other side of this next Promotion, in that Leadership Role or by embracing the next opportunity.

It’s now or never.

If only you had help…

…to get unstuck and to have more of an impact as a Leader

…to overcome the voice in your head that tells you that you can’t do it

…to become the best advocate for yourself - and for the change you want to see

…to forge a new path of progress and purpose, recognition and impact

…to back yourself the way that you wholeheartedly back others

…to have an impact in meetings, in your career and your company.

You can get that help – and more – at Shift Left.

Introducing Shift Left

A circular graphic with a dark blue center featuring three left arrows, surrounded by a light blue and pink segmented border.

I have a vision of a world in which true equity is the norm within the IT and Tech industries: where women are no longer afraid of judgment and bias but can bring their authentic selves, unique talents, and skills to the workplace and progress into Leadership alongside their counterparts, where they are respected, supported and included.

Can you imagine that world?

Can you imagine organisations where this is the norm: where everyone is engaged in what they are doing, is passionate about their work, and works cohesively with all their colleagues irrespective of gender, race, religion, or neurodiversity?

Can you imagine the outcomes that teams working within those organisations could produce?

This is why I founded Shift Left.

To “shift left” means to do things differently: to create faster, more effective, more efficient solutions; to bring forward results.

At Shift Left, we help you to do just that.

As the Founder of Shift Left, I bring three decades of experience in the Corporate Tech Industry – working my way up from being a Developer to an Operations Director. And I combine that experience with coaching and mentoring expertise.

I work with women employed in IT and Tech – coaching them to embrace a new paradigm in which they are confident of their worth and value and bring their full presence to their day-to-day lives.

And I work with companies looking to move beyond a check box exercise of implementing EDI, to truly support their current and future women leaders with bespoke coaching, training, and mentoring programmes, and also supporting the need for retention and increased profitability.

My aim is always to create meaningful change now: to shift left the goals of Equity.
