Why Shift Left
I spent three decades working in corporate tech, progressing from Developer to Operations Director. So I know the industry, the pressures that come with leadership and what it's like to build a career in an environment where women are still underrepresented.
Today, I combine that experience with coaching expertise to work with female tech leads and the organisations that employ them.
